Couples who choose our Gold or Platinum packages often incorporate their wedding colors into the lighting design, helping tie the entire room together.

As the evening progresses and dancing begins, those same lights become part of the party.

Our moving-head lighting creates movement throughout the venue and utilizes the height of the room in a way that's difficult to achieve in smaller spaces. The blank canvas becomes an energetic dance floor painted by our custom lighting design.

How We Provide Sound Throughout the Venue

One thing couples don't always realize until they visit Emerald Pines is just how large the reception space actually is. The grand hall features high ceilings and a substantial amount of square footage, which is fantastic for guests but requires thoughtful audio design. Our goal is simple. We want every guest to hear every important moment clearly. That includes your grand entrance, speeches, first dances, and all of the moments that matter most throughout the evening.

For Emerald Pines, we typically bring a pair of our main speaker systems along with additional coverage for larger packages. We also place a complimentary speaker toward the back portion of the venue.

This allows us to distribute sound evenly throughout the room rather than simply making the front speakers louder. The benefit is huge. Guests seated near the head table aren't overwhelmed by excessive volume, while guests seated farther away can still hear every word of a speech crystal clear.

During dancing, this setup works especially well because it creates a more comfortable experience throughout the room. Guests who want to be in the middle of the action can enjoy a high-energy dance floor, while those catching up with family or friends can still enjoy the music without shouting over it.

One of our favorite features of Emerald Pines is the outdoor ceremony space. Located just outside the main venue, it provides a beautiful backdrop while remaining incredibly convenient for guests. The transition between ceremony and reception feels smooth and thoughtful, which helps the overall flow of the day.

For outdoor ceremonies, we bring dedicated ceremony sound equipment to ensure every guest can hear what matters most. Your processional music. Your officiant. Your vows. And of course, that perfect recessional song when you're officially married.

We can also connect to live musicians if you're incorporating a vocalist, acoustic performer, or instrumentalist into your ceremony. Everything is mixed and balanced so guests hear every moment clearly while maintaining the natural beauty of the outdoor setting.

When done correctly, ceremony audio shouldn't draw attention to itself. It should simply allow everyone to be fully present for one of the most important moments of the day.

Photo Booths at Emerald Pines

Because Emerald Pines offers such a spacious layout, it's also one of our favorite venues for photo booths. The long reception space gives us flexibility to create an experience that feels connected to the celebration without getting in the way of the dance floor.
